Letters of Love Hello Jane,
Greeting to you, in the name of our Lord savior Jesus Christ. I was out for slum children ministry for the last 5 days. So I was un-able to write to you. Hope you are in your best.
It’s a blessing to get an opportunity to read Amanda’s beautiful Ode’s----“The lateness of the hour” and “Two trees that lies within my bosom”. When I read those beautiful odes, I don’t want to keep it myself, so I invited one of my friend namely K. Tamrei and we read slowly word by words. After we finished reading, we sit together to have a short prayer and discussion about Amanda’s ode’s.
“The lateness of the hour” is simple and very true. It is a beautifully written Ode’s. Both of us love every sentences written in the lateness of the hour. It remind us how precious every hour is, in our life.
About the two trees that lies within my bosom--- My friend KT kept saying that, he can’t believe that, 89 yrs old lady can write such a very philosophical poem. He read it again and again. And at last he said that, he really love to read every words written in the “Two trees that lies within my bosom”. God bless you all.
