Letters of Love Oct 2005 Our dear and precious prophetess of the Lord, It is just after midnight, and we left you but a short time ago at wonderful Bill and Vera's home. I cannot sleep until I write to you of how you were sent countless miles and hours just for us. Even now, I must hold back the tears as I think of how this great and awesome God is mindful of two pathetic nothings such as us. But my God has seen the countless hours my beloved husband spends on his knees every day, and he has looked past all my foolishness to see the heart that longs to serve Him and know Him. And He honored our every longing and sent us YOU. We have been blessed several times in our lives by servants of God giving us a right word in due season with regards to the ministry He has called us to. This time, we were surprised by His gift in you, this beautiful lady from Idaho. We are ALL or NOTHING kind of people, and we have found the same to be true in you. Only we will know how dead-on and exact His words came through you. Those words pierced our hearts. Your words of, "obedience ... timing ... don't miss the season ... " ring in my heart. Samuel and I have known that we stand at the threshold of something greater than anything we could be by ourselves. Tonight you played a key role in ushering in a new phase of our lives, a ministerial journey that is bigger than both of us. One day you will know exactly how important of a role you have played. You are a prophetess of our day: one not seeking to please others (who else would spend so much time ministering to one couple as you did with us); one who does not look at the numbers (who else would drive numerous miles for one soul); one who does not want to play church; and one who is unafraid to speak or not speak according to that which God has given her. Your ministry is a pin-point type of ministry; one that hits the nail on the head, no matter how small the nail. However, there is one thing that we will truly never forget about you and that is how the love of Jesus envelopes every part of who you are. You ooze the love of Jesus - there is nothing phony or exaggerated about it. You are an amazing example to us and to so many others of how to live, walk, and breathe LOVE. As you prayed for us there was a mighty transference of your anointing. We wanted to let you know that we take this very seriously. We are humbled by it, and we will use it for His glory alone - one day imparting it to others as you did to us. We love you, Jane. In one night, we feel as though God knit our hearts to yours with such overwhelming love. You are a woman after God's own heart. Thank you for obeying God's voice and coming to Calgary. We know with all confidence that you came for us - no matter how selfish that may sound. Our prayers and love follow hard after you. We will never forget you beautiful, loving Jane: servant, prophetess and songbird of the Lord. May your cup continue to overflow into the lives of others. THANK YOU! Most lovingly in
