Note: Ray asked me to write a few words to put in a Bible that I had given him. I closed my eyes and prayed in the spirit for a moment and these words came straight from the Father’s heart for him.

To A Friend

You were sent to me from God
That I know…like a staff and rod

Someone whom I could trust with my heart
And this I knew from the very start

Life’s seasons…for…so many different reasons
Bring pain, some rain, sunshine and two sons

You say…I have been a mentor to you
But you have taught me things I never knew

God’s light is shining bright upon you… Ray
His glory is seen in, and around you, I must say

An ambassador, you are…bearing Jesus name
Those who hear you speak…will never be the same

For it is the will of God for you… Ray
Step forth with renewed strength and power to say

I am a representative of the most high God
With vim and vigor…I will take up my staff and rod

I will see and declare His signs and wonders
In Jesus name, I will burst Satan’s plans asunder

For Jesus is ready now to send you forth
To a harvest field, across the border to my north

Go do the work of a mighty Ambassador
For I the Lord will open every golden door

I don’t use the word “friend” or “true friend” lightly.

Ray is one of a very minuscule few that I call a true friend. He has a spirit of Excellence and Integrity about him. Therefore I see Divine-Order in his life.
